Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges We strive to ensure you are delighted with your Siblé purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, our process is simple and efficient. Returns for full-price items are accepted within 28 days of delivery, and sale items within 14 days. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are non-returnable.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@siblelondon.co.uk with your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for your return. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization email with a prepaid return label and further instructions.
Please use the provided label for all returns. Unauthorized or combined returns will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Items sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact support@siblelondon.co.uk immediately. We will rectify the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom products.

Sale items marked "Final Sale."
- Gift cards.

Exchanges To exchange an item, begin the return process and specify your desired replacement. If the replacement is unavailable, a credit will be issued. For quicker processing, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
International Returns and Exchanges If you are not fully satisfied with your Siblé purchase, we offer international returns. Please contact support@siblelondon.co.uk for further information on how to return your order outside the United Kingdom.
Please note that any international customs duties and taxes paid at checkout or on receipt of goods are non-refundable, and only the product cost will be refunded.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
If your refund hasn’t been received after 15 business days, please contact us at info@siblelondon.co.uk.
Faulty Goods Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If confirmed, you can choose a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (including shipping costs). Items damaged due to normal wear or improper care are not eligible.
Gift with Purchase Gifts included with your order must also be returned to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Terms and Conditions Returns are evaluated individually at Siblé’s discretion. Abuse or excessive returns may result in restrictions on future transactions. Refunds outside the return window or without proof of purchase may be issued as store credit in compliance with applicable laws.
